A 4-room HDB is roughly 90 sqm; a 5-room flat around 110 sqm. The difference between a cramped flat and a calm one is rarely floor area - it is how the L-shape kitchen, master-bedroom wardrobe and TV feature wall are integrated. MRETTY designs all three as a single carpentry system so proportions, line heights and reveals match across the whole flat.
BTO Handover Package
For new BTO owners collecting keys, we provide a single-contractor package: HDB permit submission, hacking, electrical re-wiring, full-house custom carpentry (kitchen, wardrobes, TV console, study), feature walls and final defect rectification. One project manager, one timeline, one warranty - typically 10-14 weeks from key collection to moving in.

HDB flats run at 70-85% humidity year-round. MRETTY specifies E0-grade plywood carcasses (not particleboard), aluminium-backed kitchen cabinets, and 304 stainless hardware for wet zones - the same spec we use in landed homes. Soft-close hinges and runners are Blum or Hettich, with a lifetime carcass warranty.
