What 'Whole-Home' Actually Covers
A MRETTY whole-home package includes: space planning, 3D rendering, all custom carpentry (entryway, kitchen, wardrobes, vanity, study, TV wall), stone selection and fabrication, hardware, on-site installation, and a 14-day defect rectification window after handover.
What is quoted separately: appliances, lighting fixtures, soft furnishings, art, and any structural works requiring HDB/URA permits.
Why We Bill Flat, Not Hourly
One of the most upvoted complaints on r/InteriorDesign is hourly billing creep - a designer logging 4 hours for a 30-minute decision. We do not bill by the hour. Our fee is a fixed percentage of the carpentry contract, disclosed upfront. Faster decisions do not save you money, but slow decisions do not cost you more either.
Timeline: From First Meeting To Move-In
Weeks 1-2: site survey, brief, budget alignment
Weeks 3-5: 3D renders, material boards, two revision rounds
Weeks 6-7: contract sign, deposit, factory drawings
Weeks 8-14: production with bi-weekly photo updates
Week 15: installation (5-8 days on-site)
Week 16: defect walk-through and handover

Do you handle hacking, electrical, plumbing, or just carpentry?+
We partner with licensed Singapore contractors for wet works and electrical. The contracts are still signed through us so accountability stays in one place.
Can I use my own appliances?+
Yes. We design carpentry to your appliance dimensions. We can also procure on your behalf at trade pricing if you prefer.
What if I only want one room done?+
We do single-room projects from S$8,000. Most whole-home clients started with one room before expanding.
How do you handle changes mid-project?+
Any change after sign-off is documented in a written variation order with cost and timeline impact before work proceeds. No verbal changes.
