Why is factory-manufactured cabinetry better than on-site carpentry?
Climate-controlled cutting, calibrated pressing, and 7 QC checkpoints produce a tolerance and finish quality that on-site power tools cannot match. Installation is faster, cleaner and quieter.
Is the factory really MRETTY's own, not a subcontractor?
Yes. The 15,000 sqm facility is wholly owned and staffed by MRETTY. We invite prospective Singapore clients to visit, and can arrange a live video walkthrough.
How long does factory production take?
Standard lead time is 25-35 working days from design confirmation to shipping. Sea freight to Singapore adds 5-7 days, followed by 2-5 days of on-site installation.
Are the materials Singapore-climate-suitable?
All boards specified for Singapore projects are moisture-resistant grade (MR-MDF or moisture-resistant plywood core). Edge banding is 1mm PUR to prevent humidity peel.
Can I inspect my own project during production?
Yes. Every project has a dedicated WeChat/WhatsApp group where we send photos at each of the 7 stages. On-request video calls from the factory floor are welcomed.
