How much does MRETTY carpentry cost in Singapore?
Indicative ranges start from SGD 30K for a HDB 4-room, SGD 45K for a 2-3 bedroom condo, and SGD 90K for a landed home. Final pricing is bespoke and depends on dimensions and finish.
Why don't you publish exact prices?
Every MRETTY piece is built to order - door design, carcass, hardware and stone choices all move the number. Publishing exact prices would mislead more than help; we send a full itemised quotation within 48 hours of receiving your floor plan.
Is GST included?
GST is always shown as a separate line item so you see the pre-tax price and the tax clearly.
Do you offer instalment payment in Singapore?
Yes. Standard milestones are 30% on confirmation, 50% before production, and 20% on installation handover.
How long is a quotation valid?
Quotations are valid for 30 days. Material prices in Singapore fluctuate with shipping and FX, so we re-confirm before production starts.
