The MRETTY Solution: We began by reimagining the main living space. The wall separating the kitchen and living room was removed to create a bright, open-concept area. We designed a large central island, finished in a warm oak that contrasted beautifully with sleek, matte white cabinetry. To address the storage issue, we designed a full-wall integrated unit in the living room. This bespoke piece housed the entertainment system, a concealed bar cabinet, and extensive shelving, all hidden behind seamless, handle-less doors. The same matte white finish was used to create a sense of cohesion and make the unit feel like part of the architecture. In the master bedroom, a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with custom-fitted interiors provided a place for everything, while wood paneling behind the bed added a layer of warmth and texture. The result was a harmonious, light-filled home that felt twice its size—a true urban sanctuary.
Project 2: The Collector's Haven
The Challenge: The client was an art and book collector living in a spacious penthouse. While the unit was large, it lacked character and the proper infrastructure to display his extensive collection. He envisioned a home that felt like a private gallery—sophisticated, organized, and deeply personal.
The MRETTY Solution: Our design focused on creating bespoke display and storage solutions that were both beautiful and functional. The long hallway at the entrance, once a nondescript passage, was transformed into a dramatic gallery. We designed custom, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves in a deep, ebonized wood finish.
In the living area, we designed a low-slung, floating credenza that spanned the length of the main wall. Its clean lines provided a minimalist counterpoint to the vibrant artwork displayed above it. The kitchen was conceived as a monolithic block of dark grey Fenix, a super-matte and soft-touch material, with a custom-built pantry system to keep all supplies neatly organized and out of sight. In the study, a desk was seamlessly integrated into a wall of cabinetry, creating a workspace that was both inspiring and highly organized. The entire home became a curated showcase, where every object had its place and the design itself was a work of art.
Project 3: The Family-Friendly Oasis
The Challenge: A growing family in a three-bedroom condo needed to maximize their space for functionality and togetherness. They wanted a design that was elegant and modern, yet durable and practical enough to withstand the rigors of life with young children. Smart storage and multi-use spaces were paramount.

The kitchen was designed with durable, easy-to-clean surfaces and an abundance of clever storage, including a full-height pantry with pull-out drawers for easy access to snacks. The dining area featured a custom-built banquette with integrated storage drawers underneath—perfect for stowing away toys and craft supplies.
In the children's rooms, we designed custom wardrobes with adjustable shelving and integrated desks that could adapt as the children grew. In the master suite, a luxurious walk-in closet was crafted to provide a serene, organized space for the parents. By using a consistent palette of light wood and soft grey tones throughout the home, we created a calm and cohesive environment.
