HDB & BTO Pricing
Whether it is a 3-room flat, a 4-room BTO or a 5-room executive unit, your quotation is prepared after we understand your floor plan and brief. Scope may include hacking, electrical, full custom carpentry in E0 plywood with premium hardware, quartz worktops and feature walls, with defects rectification included.
Pricing is quoted on request, based on your unit size, chosen materials and finishes.
Chapter 02
Condo & EC Pricing
From two-bedroom apartments to penthouses, each condo has its own management rules. Your quotation accounts for MCST permit fees, lift booking deposits and after-hours requirements, all listed upfront so the quote you sign is the price you pay.

Chapter 03
Landed Home Pricing
Inter-terrace, semi-detached, bungalow or GCB: landed projects vary widely in size and complexity. We separate the architect's structural scope from the interior carpentry scope so every line remains auditable.
