What does MRETTY stand for?

MRETTY is a premium bespoke home solutions brand founded in 2020, specializing in integrated kitchen, closet, door, wall, and cabinet systems. We combine craftsmanship with modern design to create holistic living spaces.

Where is MRETTY based?

We are headquartered in [City, Country] and serve clients nationwide. Our showroom offers a firsthand experience of our craftsmanship and materials.

What is the MRETTY brand philosophy?

Our philosophy is "Design that Lives, Craft that Endures". We believe every home should be a sanctuary built with sincerity, precision, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.

How do I start a design consultation?

Simply contact us via our inquiry form or call our showroom. We will schedule a free initial consultation to understand your vision, space, and requirements.

What can I expect during the first meeting?

During the first meeting, a dedicated project manager will visit your space, take measurements, discuss your lifestyle needs, and present preliminary design concepts.

Is consultation free?

Yes, the initial consultation is complimentary and obligation‑free. We believe in building trust before any commitment.

What level of customization is possible?

Nearly every aspect can be customized: dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, layout, and even integrated lighting. We work closely with you to match your exact preferences.

How long does the customization process take?

The design phase typically takes 2‑4 weeks depending on complexity. After approval, manufacturing takes 6‑10 weeks. Our project manager keeps you updated at every milestone.

Can I mix materials and styles?

Absolutely. Our designers are skilled at blending different woods, metals, glass, and stone to create a unique aesthetic that reflects your personality.

What materials do you use?

We source premium materials including solid wood, multilayer plywood, natural veneers, high‑gloss lacquer, engineered stone, and sustainable composites. All materials meet European environmental standards.

Do you offer eco‑friendly options?

Yes, we offer FSC‑certified woods, low‑VOC finishes, and recycled materials. Sustainability is integral to our manufacturing process.

Can I request samples?

Yes. We provide material samples so you can see and feel the quality before making a decision. Ask your project manager or visit our showroom.

Do you only design kitchens?

No. While kitchens are our specialty, we also design wardrobes, walk‑in closets, wall paneling, home offices, entertainment units, and full‑home millwork solutions.

Can you work with small spaces?

Absolutely. Our bespoke approach is ideal for maximizing limited space. We create smart storage solutions that make every square inch count.

What is "Whole‑Home Bespoke"?

It means we design and produce all cabinetry, doors, walls, and furniture to create a seamless visual language throughout your entire home ‑ a unified narrative.

How is a project managed?

Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who coordinates all stages from design to installation. You have a single point of contact for full transparency.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Yes, we collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth integration with the overall construction timeline.

Can I see previous projects?

Certainly. We maintain a portfolio of completed projects. Ask your consultant for a curated selection matching your style.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes, our in‑house installation team handles delivery and professional installation. We do not subcontract this critical step.

How long does installation take?

Installation duration depends on scope. A typical kitchen installation takes 3‑5 days; a whole‑home project may take 1‑3 weeks. Your project manager will provide a detailed schedule.

What if something is damaged during delivery?

Our team inspects every item before delivery and installation. In the rare event of damage, we replace the affected parts promptly at no extra cost.

What warranty do you offer?

All our products come with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. Standard warranty is 5 years, extendable upon request.

Do you provide after‑sales maintenance?

Yes, we offer maintenance services for hardware adjustments, surface care, and re‑finishing. Contact our support team for assistance.

Can I order additional components later?

Absolutely. We keep digital records of every project, so reordering matching pieces is seamless.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on scope, materials, and complexity. After the initial consultation, we provide a detailed quotation with no hidden fees.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes, we provide a free, no‑obligation quotation as part of our consultation service.

What is the typical investment range?

Every project is unique. A mid‑range kitchen starts around $15,000, while a full‑home solution may range from $50,000 to $150,000+. Contact us for a precise estimate.
